Using the Services
- Provide accurate information in your profile, resume, and applications.
- Don’t misuse the site (no spam, malware, scraping, or unlawful content).
- We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Applications & AI matching
AI matching helps highlight relevant roles by comparing your skills with job requirements. It’s advisory only and does not guarantee interviews or offers. Employers make all hiring decisions.
Your content
You retain ownership of your resume and application content. You grant us a license to store, process, and share it with the relevant hiring organization for recruitment purposes and to improve the Services.
No guarantees
We don’t promise job outcomes, uninterrupted service, or complete accuracy of listings or AI outputs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JD Align is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for hiring decisions made by third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to AUD $100.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or misuse.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., banner or email). Continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be handled by its courts.
