Location details you provide or infer via applications (e.g., state/region).

How we use your information

To match your resume to roles using AI, fairly and consistently across candidates.
To let you search, view, and apply for roles, and to contact you about applications.
To improve site performance, security, and the quality of our AI models.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

AI matching

We use automated systems to score resumes against role requirements. These systems assist screening; they don’t make hiring decisions. Employers make final decisions. We regularly review models to promote accuracy and fairness.

When we share your data

With the hiring company or its representatives for roles you apply to or explicitly express interest in.
With service providers (e.g., secure cloud hosting, analytics) under contracts that limit use to our instructions.
When required by law, regulation, or to protect safety, rights, and security.

Data retention

We retain application data for as long as needed for recruiting purposes and to meet legal or compliance requirements. You may request deletion (see “Your rights”).

Your rights
